Training Philosophy
Train Smarter. Live Stronger. Certified strength coaching for every stage of life.
I specialize in building functional strength for adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay active for decades. I train with humor, encouragement, and high standards.
Your training age is different from your biological age. Each training plan is tailored to your individual needs/goals. I will help you build strength that works in real life and have fun on your journey.
Tell me your goals and aspirations, and we will work together to find the best way to accomplish those desires!

My Background
I have been passionate about helping others exercise ever since my first year of high school when I convinced my whole family to do a three-month workout program. We even took it on vacation when visiting Yellowstone! This led me to pursuing a degree in Health Promotion, working at a physical therapy clinic for several years, and then as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach in Colorado. When I am not encouraging others to work out at La Conner Fitness and MMA, I can usually be found using my chainsaws, watching football, or eating copious quantities of burritos!
